1. Acceptance

By using proximapool, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

proximapool is a mining pool for the Proxima network. It lets miners work together and shares the rewards according to the work each miner has recently contributed. Payments are made in PROX to the payout address on your account.

3. No guarantee

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of results or earnings. The availability of the pool and this website is not guaranteed; maintenance and downtime may be necessary. Proxima is a young network: it changes often and may be reset. The pool may stop temporarily or permanently. Nothing on this website is financial or investment advice.

4. Fees

The pool charges a 1% fee on block rewards. Rewards mined with the pool's optimized miner carry a further 2% fee, calculated after the pool fee.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your username, password, recovery code and payout address, and for all activity on your account. We keep no readable copy of your password or recovery code, so we may be unable to restore access if you lose them. A change of payout address may take up to 48 hours to take effect, and payments may be held during that time.

6. Payments

Earnings become available about 60 minutes after they are credited. Payments are made every hour once your available balance reaches your payout threshold, which you can set between 10 and 1,000 PROX. After 7 days without mining, your threshold returns to 10 PROX. Payments may be delayed or paused during an incident, a network change or a verification.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts credited to your account and not yet paid. We are not liable for losses caused by the Proxima network itself, by your equipment or software, or by the loss of your account details.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
